About IFATCA APRM 39th
The 39th IFATCA Asia Pacific Regional Meeting will take place on October 17-19, 2023 at Bali Island, Indonesia.
IATCA (Indonesia Air Traffic Controllers Association) is going to facilitate a "Resurrection Acceleration" themed conference. Discussion about Air Traffic Controllers' performance after the COVID-19 pandemic is expected. As we move forward from the difficult times that are faced by the aviation industry, it is important for us to appreciate the invaluable role of air traffic controllers in ensuring security and air traffic efficiency.
The conference with the theme "Resurrection Acceleration" aims to reveals how the performance of the air traffic controller has a significant influence major role in accelerating the revival of the aviation industry. We will explore their role in managing air traffic with proficiency, coordination, and appropriate decision making. We will discuss challenges they are facing and the innovative strategies they are implementing in maintaining aviation safety in the post-pandemic era.

-Space is limited. Confirmation will be given on first-come/first served basis with priority to exclusive booking(s).
-Confirmation will be given upon confirmation of deposit of 50% of the partnering amount and acceptance of the organiser’s general conditions.
- All payment transfers to be made in full before the start of the event, latest 01/10/2023 to confirm participation
- In case of cancellation of participation of partner before 15/09/2023, 50% of deposit will be kept for cancellation and administrative fees. In case of cancellation after the 01/10/2023 and before 10/10/2023, 50% of all transfers will be kept as cancellation and administrative fees. In case of no-show or cancellation after 10/10/2023 and the start or during the event, 100% will be kept as cancellation and administrative fees. All amount are non-refundable and irrevocably due following the conditions above.

Payment
In order to grant access to the technical exhibition, all dues are payable before the start of the event. Without a prove of payment (transfer) of all, past or current, the organisers reserve the right to refuse access to the venue and events without further justification and in full rights, accepted by the companies’ signatories to the general conditions regulating events organised by or with IATCA.
